If you isolate one single kind of white blood cell T lymphocytes—you will find antibodies specific for many different infectious agents on their surface.

It can be easy to think that allergies are just an annoyance and that you can't do anything about them. However, there are many things you can do to help your immune system get strong, so it has a better chance of fighting off allergens before they get to your nose and lungs.
